Ken and Teri have been great to work with each of the times I have been in for work on my old vehicle. I know I was able to get honest feedback and good advice made on behalf me, the vehicle owner. No pressure to make business deals that ... would just make a repair shop extra money. Always received an honest assessment of my vehicle and whether the repairs I was seeking were going to accomplish what I needed, though final decisions were still up to me. We are very satisfied with the great service Ken provides and the amazing mechanical work Nick and the other mechanics do. We recently took in our 2005 Tahoe with bad water pump, it’s my wife’s truck and uses it for work so we were hoping we would be able to get it before close of business. The guys worked hard and did an amazing job. The truck is running great and they also made sure we were aware of bad belts and thermostat. Good price and great work.
